Michelle has more than 25 years of experience in International Trade Finance at various Regional Banks. Currently, she is leading the Trade and Working Capital business for Absa Group across geographies. Michelle holds a master's degree in business leadership and serves as the Secretary/Treasurer on the board of the Bankers Association of Finance and Trade. She is a respected leader in the Trade and Working Capital industry. Michelle is also a thought leader and her expertise span across topics such as Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, digitisation, and SMEs, playing a role in shaping the trade environment in Africa.

With a business executive qualification from Harvard Business School in Sales and Distribution, Kuben has more than 16 years’ experience in the financial services sector across Sales, Strategy and Operations.

In his current role, Kuben leads a Pan-African team dedicated to structuring customised working capital solutions for businesses across diverse segments, sectors, and regions where Absa operates. His key strategic focus is to foster collaboration across Pan-African and international corridors, supporting clients' sustainable trade goals.
