Kevin Gaskell Former Group CEO of BMW GB, former CEO of Porsche GB and former CEO of Lamborghini GB Kevin Gaskell is a leader who has been there and done it and then done it again and again. As executive chairman and investor in a portfolio of companies, Kevin is passionate about developing leadership skills. He is frequently engaged to coach and support CEOs as they reinvigorate teams and companies. Using an energetic and inclusive style, he shares the tools and techniques that have enabled his teams to deliver results they considered impossible—until they achieved them. Major Mandisa Mfeka First black female combat stream pilot in the South African Air Force As a dynamic individual who enjoys empowering others in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurship and challenging the status quo, Major Mandisa Mfeka is well-known for being the first black female combat streamed pilot in the South African Air Force, as well as being a member of the aircrew that flew in the Hawk Formation Flypast during the inauguration of President Cyril Ramaphosa in 2019. In 2008, Mandisa enlisted in the SAAF with the goal of becoming a pilot, began flying in 2010 and earned her military pilot’s qualification in 2011. By 2018, Mandisa was reframing the narrative for women of colour, in what is seen as a male-dominated field, starting her career in the Combat Line and was certified as a Hawk Mk 120 Commander. As part of her training, Mandisa had the privilege of flying in formation with the Gripens, delivering bombs to the ground, training with simulated air targets, and dog fighting. In 2019, Mandisa was assigned the additional responsibility of Flight Safety Officer at the Squadron, which resulted in her promotion to Aviation Safety Officer in 2021. Currently, she is assigned to Headquarters in the Air Force Command post as an Airshow Planner. Mandisa’s interests, however, are not limited to the cockpit. She volunteers at an outstanding non-profit that is making a difference in the lives of hundreds of girls nationwide through Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) programmes. Jacques Nienaber Senior coach at Leinster Jacques Nienaber is a South African rugby union coach who is currently the senior coach at Leinster. Jacques was born to a sports-loving family in Kimberley, South Africa. He grew up in the Free State cities of Welkom and Bloemfontein, where he attended Grey College. He later studied at the University of the Free State, earning a degree in physiotherapy and working for the Free State Cheetahs in that capacity from 1997 to 2004. He never thought he would be a rugby coach, but his passion made him choose this career. In 2004, he became the Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Free State Cheetahs. In 2020, he replaced Rassie Erasmus as the coach of the Springboks, leading the defending champions to their fourth Rugby Union World Cup title in 2023. Everyone recognised his tactics, defensive skills and abilities. His strategic game plans and tactics in the competition did not go unnoticed, earning him recognition and a nomination for the World Rugby Coach of the Year Award.
