The Digital CX Awards is the world’s only program dedicated to recognising and benchmarking innovation in Digital Customer Experience across the Financial Services sector. The program exists to assess the ever-changing need of customers in the digital economy, together with the ability of financial services organisations to create new business models through the lens of FinTech.

The Best Use of Data and Analytics for CX award was in recognition of our Cash Management solution, “IgniteBot: Transforming Product Development,” by leveraging the data insights and client feedback sourced through IgniteBot, product development teams are able to incrementally modify the product proposition and client experience to meet client needs.
