Find out more about our Commercial Property Finance solutions Contact us The MSCI Index, released on the 6th of April, showed that in the year ended 31 December 2022, South African investment property returns have fully recovered to above inflationary levels after posting its first negative annual return in 2020. The improvement in total return is a function of positive capital growth which was positive for the first time since 2018. Income return slipped to 8% in 2022 from 8.1% in 2021.
