Old Mutual Alternative Investments (“OMAI)” is one of Africa’s leading private alternative investment managers. This Subscrip
tion Line Facility will be provided to the International Private Equity programme , a seasoned investor in primary and secondary private investments in venture capital, growth, and buyout funds in North America, Europe, and selected emerging markets.

This transaction is a 12 month Revolving Credit Facility to be used to bridge investments and for general corporate purposes.

This deal demonstrates our ability to solution for clients and support them with fit for purpose facilities to meet their growth ambitions. Through our relationship with OMAI and in depth knowledge of fund financing, we were able to understand their requirements and offer a full service suite of structuring and arranging, as well as acting as an agent on the transaction.
